How to apply for Community Space at The Grange Community Centre
Make a Time to Talk to the Community Centre
By calling, emailing, or visiting The Grange Community Centre you can arrange to talk with staff in-person about your ideas. We love having conversations and getting to know activity providers and community groups.
Submit your application for hire
All Application for Hire forms are to be submitted directly to The Grange Community Centre, either in person, via email. In addition to your completed Application Form, you will need to attach a copy of your Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency and Incorporation Certificate (if applicable). The Application for Hire form can be found here.
Application Assessed
Your Application for Hire will be assessed by the Community Centre. Preference will be given to those that have completed all information and provided all supporting documents.
Please Note: Community Centre Space is in high demand. Unfortunately, not all Applications may be successful.
Bookings Confirmed
Bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of the $250 Bond payment. Arrangements will be made to attend site and complete an induction before activity begins. At this time, you will be issued with keys, alarm codes, emergency procedures and after hours contact information. This is also an opportunity to ask any questions that you may have.
BOND REFUND
Your bond will be refunded upon return of the key and following an inspection of the building and contents. Provided there is no damage to the building or its contents, the bond will be refunded into your nominated bank account.
