YOGA

The aim of the program is to teach participants to breath correctly, relaxation to calm the mind and a variety of yoga poses to stretch and strengthen muscles throughout the body.

The Grange Community Centre acknowledges the Bunurong people of the Kulin Nation as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we work and live in Wyndham.
