  Enrolment Criteria

· Children may start at the beginning of term 1 if they are 3 years old by 31st January; children who turn 3 later in the year may start once they turn 3. If your child turns 3 after the 30th April, you may apply, however you will be placed on our waiting list. Once your child has turned 3, and a position becomes   vacant, we will contact you accordingly.

· The Victorian Government has amended the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008. The Public Health Amendment  (No Jab, No Play) Act 2015 means that Early Childhood  Educators and Care Services cannot enrol a child, unless the parent/guardian has  provided documentation that show the child is fully vaccinated for their age, or is on a recognised catch-up schedule if their child has fallen behind with their vaccinations, or has a medical reason not to be vaccinated. You will be required to provide your child’s Immunisation History that indicates the status of current immunisations and the due date of their next immunisation upon enrolment.

· Please note this is a requirement of the Department of Education & Early Childhood Development. Proof of age will be required.

· Children attending Activity Group must be toilet trained and able to attend to their own needs (e.g. washing hands, removing/replacing clothing).

· At the Grange we welcome all children, including those with additional needs. This is subject to availability of required resources and that the child's assessed needs can be met within the program. We welcome the opportunity to speak with families to discuss how we can ensure that every child receives quality care in a welcoming experience.

· Enrolment forms must be completed correctly and accurately before your child  can attend the Centre.

A $50.00 non refundable administration fee is payable upon return of the expression of Interest form to secure the child’s position in a selected group.  This payment does not form part of the term fees payable.
